As part of the Luna Collection this crock is crafted from brown stoneware clay with natural dark brown speckles. The glaze is a semi-matte with bronze highlights. They are designed to hold one stick of butter. I recommend adding a bit of salt to your water (this helps prevent mold from forming on any bread crumbs!).
